A Ski Miquel holiday experience begins from the first booking enquiry, and it ends when you arrive back at the airport with a big grin on your face!

Personal service is something we feel very passionately about, which is why we encourage people to call us, rather than just clicking through pages of a website. We hope that once you've explored one of our resorts with us, you won't want to book with anyone else!

Booking with Ski Miquel

Ski Miquel holidays are ATOL-protected, so you can feel financially secure when booking with us. Our UK team know all the resorts personally and will be happy to talk you through their recommendations based on your holiday requirements. We are also happy to help with the admin of putting together your group ski trip.

We have Resort Managers in each of our ski villages to assist with any queries you may have during your holiday. We also have Ski Miquel reps at both our UK airports (Gatwick and Manchester) to help with anything you may need on the outbound leg of your trip.

Your extras organised for you

Our work doesn't end with the booking, it's only just begun! We will meet you at the destination airport and escort you to your transfer coach, which will take you directly to your chalet-hotel or hotel. We will also deliver your pre-booked lift passes on the day of your arrival.

Your rented equipment (if required) will be ready for you in the rental shop on the afternoon of arrival or on the first morning, so you can get kitted out for your week of fun exploring the mountains.

Professional Chefs

Our trained chefs know their priority is to keep everyone well-fed with decent food! We include breakfast, afternoon tea and a 4-course dinner with canapés, a cheese course, and complimentary wine.

Our food is tasty and well-presented to a standard that you would expect to find in a good gastro pub, and the portions are substantial, which is exactly what you need after an energetic day on the slopes.

Ski Hosting

To get the best value from your lift pass, you need an expert to show you the slopes, but hiring a guide on holiday can be expensive. That’s why Ski Miquel offers a free ski hosting service to our guests. We can show you the best runs for your group, how to navigate the quickest lifts, and the best and most reasonably-priced lunch spots.

During the week, our knowledgeable ski hosts will take you on an itinerary of routes suitable for your ability and the quality of snow available - Sociable skiing at your own pace and level. You may find that as the mountain fills with skiers and snowboarders and the crowds all head to the same lifts and pistes, your ski host can be leading you down empty runs long before anyone else arrives!

The ski hosting is optional and is usually split into two groups - 'Espressos' for the quicker skiers and 'Cappuccinos' for the more leisurely. The afternoons are there for you to explore the mountain on your own, but if you want to get to the best snow in the mornings before anyone else then the smart move is to follow our lead!
